Your first interview will usually be an informal, relaxed session and will involve discussion around your CV and covering letter. You may be asked to do some work-based tests and also a brief psychometric analysis. At the second interview you will meet more members of the team. You will have plenty of time to ask us questions and we’ll be happy to give you a tour of our lovely offices.
