Your first interview will usually be an informal, relaxed session and will involve discussion around your CV and covering letter. You may be asked to do some work-based tests and also a brief psychometric analysis. At the second interview you will meet more members of the team. You will have plenty of time to ask us questions and we’ll be happy to give you a tour of our lovely offices.
Once we’ve received your application the hiring managers have a read through what you’ve sent. If we think you’re suitable for the role we’ll get in touch and tell you about the next steps.
We prefer to hire people directly, but we do have a preferred suppliers list (PSL) and preferential rates in place for when we need some help. Please respect that we do not accept unsolicited calls, CVs or applications from recruiters or agencies not already on our PSL. Please note that any submission of unsolicited CVs and applications in advance of an agreement between geo and the recruiter does not create any implied obligation on the part of geo.
