Quality policy

Green Energy Options Ltd (geo)provides an end-to-end energy management experience. From in-home displays to online appliance control, we give everyone the power to shape their energy consumption. Our products and services include in-home displays, mobile and online services for energy consumption, generation, and storage.

We are committed to ensuring that our work meets all our customers’ expectations.  We will establish appropriate systems to define our working practices, monitor our performance and seek continuing improvements in the way we work.

For all our activities and work, we will:

  • ensure customer satisfaction by delivering to time, quality and cost
  • operate an integrated Management System that includes all our requirements and defines our processes
  • publish our Quality Management System and require staff to comply with the requirements
  • delegate authorities for the processes to the appropriate level within the Company
  • maintain certification to ISO 9001 (Quality Management).

We are committed to continuous improvement and have established a Quality Management System which provides a framework for measuring and improving our performance by:

  • maintain business objectives and targets
  • conducting reviews against our business objectives and implementing improvements
  • obtaining and responding to customer feedback
  • maintaining an internal audit programme
  • producing KPIs to measure performance
  • Track quality through an annual customer satisfaction survey
  • A commitment to satisfy applicable legal requirements

This policy will be reviewed on a regular basis to ensure it is compatible with the context and strategic direction of the Company.
